Appointment / Cancellation
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your spa services to allow time for you to change and relax. Arriving late will forfeit treatment time and you will also be responsible for full payment based on the original amount of time scheduled. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hour advance notice for any services to avoid a full charge. Bridal parties or any other social events of 4 or more will require a contact and a deposit. There is a 30% deposit and a 48 hour notice of cancellation.
Tipping is always left to your discretion and envelopes are provided at the front desk. Customary tipping for a spa service ranges from 15% – 20% on total bill. Please, Cash Tips.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and it must be presented at the time of appointment. Not showing up for an appointment will forfeit your certificate without compensation.
Product returns & exchanges must be new, unused and have original packing with original receipt within 14 days of the date of receipt. All open, used items are are non-refundable. Any series, packages and gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash.
For Your Comfort
As we do not practice medicine, treat or diagnose diseases, please disclose any medical conditions or allergies to your therapist. We book our services with first available therapist. If you have a specific request or gender preference, you must state at the time of booking. Since the spa is designed for an adult experience, no children are allowed. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles, so please leave your valuables at home. We expect all of our clients to be respectful and courteous to our facilities, staffs as well as other clients. We do not condone profanity, demeaning & abusive behavior under any circumstances. The patron who does not abide by our policy will be asked to leave our premises permanently.
